1. I am directed by the Minister for Finance to refer to the allowances provided for under paragraphs 15 and 16 of the removals expenses instructions issued with Circular 6/89.  Revised rates of these allowances are set out hereunder.  (Previous rates were set out in Circular 27/2001). 

Relevant paragraph of instructions:

15     (Incidental Expenses) effective from 1 December 2002:  €91.77 

16(i) (Miscellaneous Expenses) effective from 1 December 2002:
